Tina Sansone

My name is Tina Sansone and I live in Tennessee.  I am married with three kids.  I love helping others discover their ancestor and seeing their excitement as they learn of their family.  I’ve developed a love of history and writing.  I am a DAR member, and member of The Tennessee Genealogical Society where I was a past board member and currently write for our quarterly, Ansearchin’ News.

I write for the website Bellaonline.com for the last couple years.  Researching for the site has taught me so much.  I’ve attended Samford the last three years and that woke me up to how much I really need to learn.  I am working this year toward getting my genealogy certification, which is teaching me patience and organization.

Since genealogy is not set up (currently) for insurance, I went back to college last year to get that degree I always said I would get.  I am majoring in Medical Administrative Assisant and thinking seriously of dong Medical Billing.  I should graduate this year.  I applied for the school paper, and received a scholarship to be a reporter and write for the paper.  While it won’t be genealogy articles (watch me sneak one in, LOL), the skills I’ve learned in writing genealogy articles helped me get the position.

So, with college, Bellaonline, blogging, family, and did I say I have a part time cleaning business, I will be busy this year.  I love being busy, but I really  have to keep close tabs on deadlines.
